School being back in session. I love them being home, but, it’s time…
-
A hyper husband…because I’m not.
-
All 4 children now changing their own sheets.
-
The privilege of prayer.
-
An almost 21 year old son who will come sit and talk with me for an hour when he gets in from work.
-
A daughter who makes me buy funky clothes instead of the black I always pick out.
-
A daughter who reads her Bible, has her cup of coffee and writes in her journal every morning in the loft of the barn.
-
A little boy who stops and gives me big kisses when I’m least expecting it.
-
Did I already say school being back in session?
-
Macaroni and tomatoes.
-
Our children’s grandparents: their unconditional love, wisdom, hospitality and the occasional $20 bill.
- Cooler weather.
- An incredibly godly pastor and pastor’s wife.
- The opportunity to start fresh every morning.
- A handsome husband who always puts the kids and me at the top of the list.
- All of YOU who sometimes read what I write on here.
I love your list! We have so much to be thankful for.

Love, love, love this list! It's amazing how blessed we are if we just take a moment to count the simple things. 5-8 touched my heart! You are such a good mommy Suzanne and a wonderful woman of God. I really draw strength and wisdom from your approach. Blessed to know you and call you friend.Blessings,Anna
