Corn Pudding (Mindy’s Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Combine and bake @ 350 until golden brown
